At this auction I offer a very interesting ancient bronze Arabic court decorated with ornaments and elephant heads probably from the 18th century. This vessel is crafted and decorated with very well preserved geometric and plant ornaments. Four elephant heads are placed in the four corners of the vessel. The purpose and the symbols of this court are not known to me, but that is a magnificent subject of Arabic applied art. This vessel has a weight of 533 grams, a height of 100 mm/ 3.9 inches and a hole diameter of about 90 mm/ 3.5 inches - get what you see on the photos. This is an antic rarity and is an extremely valuable asset for collectors and connoisseurs - you get what you see on the pictures.
