Borneo - slate stone model of an ancient Brunei tombstone.
Served for the family to store some sand from the grave
as a memorial and as an object of prayer to the spirit of the dead
who  accompanies the family.
Condition: One wall is missing, cracks and restoration with glue.
See the photos carefully, the item is a very rare relic of antiquity
from Southeast Asia.
Stands approx 5 inches tall, the base - 46 X 54mm, 225g.
