Condition: This has the complete test for driver vision testing for Arizona under ADOT supervision. It has some lights that do not work. The test screens are preloaded and you rotate thru them (they are indicated on the keyboard by a light). Peripheral vision is also tested and the lights are not all operating but can easily be replaced. It does give you what is expected from a standardized drivers vision test. Results of vision acuity are not available unless you can correlate it to visual ability as normally graded.
