Please note that your vehicle's SYNC system need to be updated to the latest version to work with the latest maps
Compatibility, MUST HAVE SYNC 2 system software updated to 3.10!!!!!! not an option!!!! MUST BE ON THIS EXACT VERSION and not 4.xx or any other 3.xx, SO check your system info screen and confirm, we do sell the update if needed.
Top right hand corner of screen must indicate "Navigation" or "Insert Nav SD". Systems indicating
"Information"
in the top right hand corner are NOT compatible

If your software version is greater than or equal to 12285, this update is compatible.
If your software version is 10337, 11038, 11063, 11081, 11134, 12023, 12156 – please visit owner.ford.com or owner.lincoln.com to update your SYNC software.
If your software version is 10212, 10308, or 12058 – your vehicle requires a software update from a dealer.
The SD card can be used only in one car, once it is installed to the navigation system for the first time, it will be locked with cars VIN!

This A13 card REPLACES OLDER A12,A11, A10, A9, A8, A7, A6, A5, A4, etc Map databases.
This update will only work on 8-inch MyFord Touch or MyLincoln Touch SYNC systems that use an SD Card for Navigation, in which case you sill see nNAVIGATION in upper right hand corner of system, and should have an older map card in the SD card slot!!
