*****Disclaimer. I have had a few customers state that even though they have 1/4 inch pegholes, they still have fitment issues. Because of the design, they squeeze into the hole as you insert and rotate them in. Pegboard that is of a very hard type/ has a white coating on it seems to be the commom issue. Therefore I cannot
guarantee
fitment in all types of pegboard. Many customers have been happy and a few have had fitment issue despite the fitting

Pegboard Shelf Brackets
that are designed to be used with 2.5 or 3.5 inch trim board or other similar sized planks! Organize your workshop and get all those smaller items up and out of the way but still at your finger tips! Personally I use pine select trim board as I find that the lumber mills hold their sizing very very close to 2.5/3.5 inches. Bring a measuring tool to the store to confirm that your selected planks will fit these brackets.
Pegboard Paper Towel Holder
is our newest addition to the line up and is designed for you to fit a 3/4 wood dowel rod or any other 3/4 rod you can think of. I cut mine a bit longer than needed and its great for holding spray bottles as well! Cut

is easy to calculate. # of peg holes wide and subtract 1/4 inch from that. We do not have a
recommend
weight limit for these yet but they are more than capable of holding the weight of 1 or even two rolls of paper towel if you have a dowel rod long enough.

Will they fit your pegboard?
These products are designed to work in
0.25 inch peg holes
and 1 inch spacing pegboard only. My pegboard measures 0.225 inches(So i consider it 1/4 inch thick, they do sell thinner pegboard so check before you order)

ou should be able to fit a 1/4 inch drill though your pegboard holes, if you can't, then you have what is
referred
to as "small hole pegboard" and our products will not work.
These are our new design and they really lock into the pegboard with a tight, engineered fit. During install, you may encounter light resistance, this is normal and required to create a solid connection
.
How strong can 3d printed objects be you ask?
Our max loading recommendation per bracket is 5 pounds at this time.
The limitation is the pegboard itself.
Take that into account when planning out your setup, as well as length of shelf you intend to use. Even a single 8ft pine trim board with no weight on it will warp and sag if you hold it up with only 2 brackets and if you overload your pegboard, the holes will fail regardless.
For long term testing over a period of 2 weeks, we hung a 7 pound wrench at the very end of a 3.5 inch bracket as seen in picture, and a separate test with 12 beverage cans(about 15 pounds) as far to the edge of the shelf as possible and that was with only 2 brackets. The issue with going over 5 pounds per bracket that we are noticing is over time the pegboard material may allow the shelf to angle forward a degree or two. The limitation is the pegboard itself and with the newest revision to how we print them we were able to pull on the bracket by hand and the pegboard material itself failed before the bracket.
Disclaimer-
We do not weight test each bracket as it comes off the printer. We
are not liable for damage done to your pegboard or the products you set on your shelves.
However with that said,
we have tested this design with 2 brackets and a 35 pound concrete block for a short period and they did not fail and our print process has only improved since then.
If you do break one we would like to know the circumstance that it broke under and we can certainly replace it on a case by case basis.

quantities
can take a day or more to process since we print these as they are ordered and we can be backlogged as well if a lot of orders come in at once. More printers are on order.
