Shipping
We are open Monday to Friday. We dispatch all items via USPS / UPS / Fedex. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. After product has been dispatched, Whilst USPS / UPS / FedEx state that most items will be delivered within these time frames. It can occasionally take up to 14 days. Unfortunately, once USPS / UPS / FedEx collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive.

Returns
Item can be return as long as unopened and undamaged. Buyer will have to pay any fees for postage and packing both ways.
If you change your mind you have to pay the 20% restocking fee.
If item is faulty, please contact through eBay before sending the item back. When returned approved and product received and examined for any faults. If the item is faulty, we will issue refund if item is not faulty and working condition we will not accept the return and buyer have to pay for shipping fees for returning item back to the buyer.
